Pacific Business Transaction is an intermediary firm specializing in business transactions (business assets, shares, and commercial premises).
We assist project leaders, entrepreneurs, and business leaders in the Pacific region with the acquisition or sale of companies.
We offer our know-how and expertise at every stage: from the valuation of the business to the purchase or sale agreement.
Who represents Pacific Business Transaction?
Benoît Maritan holds a Master’s degree in Accounting and Financial Sciences (MSTCF) from Paris-Dauphine University and is a US “Certified Public Accountant” (CPA).
He has a solid financial background, which began within international audit firms and financial management, with experience in Canada, the West Indies, and New Caledonia.
Since 2011, he has restructured a number of New Caledonian groups and has supported numerous business owners in their growth and restructuring projects.
A member of the French Society of Appraisers, he specializes in business valuation, with more than a hundred companies evaluated to his credit.
